Blah

BLAH!

Ok so I pretty much suck! I'm getting so sick of writing down everything I eat! Lets just say i pretty much eat the same crap everyday give or take a few items. I will say my calories are staying right around 15-1800 calories per day depending on the day.
Ok I lied! I have been eating more treats lately then ever. This really sucks

Fat Girl Contract: I promise not to eat like a fatty anymore. Think Skinny and you will magically appear skinnier I promise to eat skinny foods:) hah hah hah

Breakfast: 1 cup dry cereal 120cal whole wheat toast with honey 250= 370cal
Lunch: Turkey and moz tortilla 250cal
Snack: Diet Coke with cherry 40cal
Dinner: 2 slices of Pizza 1 bread stick with sauce 700cal? handful choco eggs 200cal= 900
Snack: Chips/ Salsa 4 star burst 250cal

total cal= 1810

Breakfast: Rice Krispie choco Bars(that is so bad) 700cal
Lunch: Homemade Tortilla with turkey and moz cheese=250cal
Snack: Part of a Z bar 70cal handful of cereal 100cal= 170
Dinner: 2 chicken nuggets with ketchup 150cal 1 cup broccoli with cheese 100cal 2 baby red potatoes 250cal=500cal

Total Cal=1620

sick of It!!!

Ok, so this week I was just sick of documenting everything I ate. But now is a new week and I will start again. I will tell you that I was still following the plan, maybe a small increase in my calorie intake. It's just that I feel like I'm doing everything for nothing. I just need to be patient.

Lunch: Turkey tortilla with spinach, almonds, moz, dressing= 300cal
Snack: handful of cereal 150cal Diet cranlimade 40= 190
Dinner Turkey sandwich with works 400cal
Snack: jello popcorn 100cal

Total= 1430

Day 1 food week 6

Breakfast: Golden Grahams 200cal
Snack: string cheese 80cal z bar 130 cal=210cal
Lunch:
Dinner: 1/2 chicken blue 175cal Veggies 50 cal= 225cal
Snack: popcorn licorice 300cal

total cal: 925 I cant remember what I ate for lunch
